I love these whole dinners piled in the slow cooker. Just a little prep work and it’s simple to dump it all in the crock in the morning and come home to a great Slow Cooker Jerk Chicken Leg Dinner. Scroll down and browse through this easy to make dinner from 5 Dinners In 1 Hour!!
I always skin the chicken legs before seasoning. Keeps them leaner and less gooey. No one likes a gooey leg.
The jerk seasoning is so good. Go light on the jerk if you have small kids. It can be spicy and different brands can vary is spiciness. After cooking all day the meat just falls off the bone. It is so tender.
