Jerk Chicken Legs
green beans & potatoes

Ingredients

Prep
  • 8 chicken legs
  • 2 T jerk seasoning
  • 16 ounces frozen green beans
  • 1 pound baby new potatoes
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add chicken legs and jerk seasoning to large zipper bag. (skin legs if desired) Zip and shake well.
  2. Add last 4 ingredients (cut potatoes in half if large) to another large zipper bag. Zip and squish to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour vegetables into slow cooker.
  2. Lay legs on top of vegetables.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
