The honey passes for whole food. The powdered sugar does not. Now that we are all clear, feel free to sweeten yours as you wish.
But the powdered sugar makes it PURTEEE! Don’t you agree?
Servings: 4-6 |
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 loaf French bread cubed
- 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- add first 5 ingredients to a blender and blend.
- cube bread and place a hand full in slow cooker sprayed with non stick spray.
- layer blueberries, cream cheese and bread until all are in the crock.
- pour on the egg mixture.
- cook on low for 3-4 hours.
