So easy and so fun for dinner. Oh my gosh, these Slow Cooked Asian Meatballs are to the Ying to our Yang!!! Add some rice, egg rolls and don’t forget the fortune cookies & chop sticks and kaboom!! There you have it!! No take out needed here!!!
Just toss everything into the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Use extra sauce for dipping or drizzling over rice.
- 1 pound frozen meatballs or homemade (cooked)
- 1/2 cup hoison sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- mix well and cook on low for 2-3 hours. check half way through to make sure sauce does not burn.
