Turkey & Swiss Croissants
This is a MWF recipe so make 3 of each per person. 1 person = 3 sandwiches, 2 people = 6 sandwiches, etc

Ingredients
Main - Turkey & Swiss Sandwiches
- 1/8 pound sliced deli turkey
- 3 crescent rolls
- 3 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 green lettuce leaves
Side 1 - Salad
- 1 cup salad greens
- 1 tbsp salad dressing any kind
Side 2- Yogurt
- 1/2 cup yogurt any flavor
- 1 tbsp granola
Instructions
Sandwich assembly
- Slice croissants in half if needed and line up on work surface. (assembly line style) Assemble all sandwiches and place in large compartment of lunch container.
Salad assembly
- Place salad into the larger cup of your lunch container. Add dressing to a souffle cup (with lid) and place inside lunch container.
Yogurt assembly
- scoop yogurt into small side section of your lunch container. Top with granola.
- Store all containers in refrigerator until ready to use/pack lunch.
