Turkey & Swiss Croissants
This is a MWF recipe so make 3 of each per person. 1 person = 3 sandwiches, 2 people = 6 sandwiches, etc

Ingredients

Main – Turkey & Swiss Sandwiches
  • 1/8 pound sliced deli turkey
  • 3 crescent rolls
  • 3 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 green lettuce leaves
Side 1 – Salad
  • 1 cup salad greens
  • 1 tbsp salad dressing any kind
Side 2- Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup yogurt any flavor
  • 1 tbsp granola

Instructions

Sandwich assembly
  1. Slice croissants in half if needed and line up on work surface. (assembly line style) Assemble all sandwiches and place in large compartment of lunch container.
Salad assembly
  1. Place salad into the larger cup of your lunch container. Add dressing to a souffle cup (with lid) and place inside lunch container.
Yogurt assembly
  1. scoop yogurt into small side section of your lunch container. Top with granola.
  2. Store all containers in refrigerator until ready to use/pack lunch.
