Ingredients
Prep
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 C Parmesan cheese
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 C cooked shredded turkey
On Cooking Day
- 1 pkg whole wheat buns
- 1 pkg Romaine lettuce
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix first 11 ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Add turkey and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
To Cook
- Serve on sandwich buns with lettuce if desired.
