Ingredients
Prep
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T water
- 4 T honey
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 t hot chili sauce optional
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/2 C Peanut butter
- 1/2 C matchstick carrots
- 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 C cooked cubed chicken from rotisserie
On Cooking Day
- 2 pizza crusts
- 1/2 C peanuts chopped
- 1/2 C fresh cilantro chopped
- 8 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in large zipper bag.
To Cook
- Top pizza crusts with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-18 minutes or until heated through. *or bake according to directions on pizza crust package.
- Serve with salad.
