Thai Chicken Pizza – CE

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T water
  • 4 T honey
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 2 t hot chili sauce optional
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/2 C Peanut butter
  • 1/2 C matchstick carrots
  • 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 C cooked cubed chicken from rotisserie
On Cooking Day
  • 2 pizza crusts
  • 1/2 C peanuts chopped
  • 1/2 C fresh cilantro chopped
  • 8 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in large zipper bag.
To Cook
  1. Top pizza crusts with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts and cilantro.
  2. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-18 minutes or until heated through. *or bake according to directions on pizza crust package.
  3. Serve with salad.
