Ingredients
Prep
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 6 oz sliced salami from the deli
- 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 C sliced black olives optional
- 1 C shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 T minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 16 oz spaghetti noodles
- 10 C salad greens
- 6 slices/s Texas Toast
- 8 oz Italian salad dressing
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice tomatoes in half and add to medium bowl with lid.
- Slice salami into bite size pieces and add to tomatoes along with next 5 ingredients and mix well.
To Cook
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Toss with salad dressing and salami mixture. *May be served warm or cold. If serving cold, rinse noodles in cold water before tossing.
- Cook Texas toast according to package directions. Serve with salad.
