Summery Spaghetti – C
salad and Texas toast

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 6 oz sliced salami from the deli
  • 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 C sliced black olives optional
  • 1 C shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 10 C salad greens
  • 6 slices/s Texas Toast
  • 8 oz Italian salad dressing

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Slice tomatoes in half and add to medium bowl with lid.
  2. Slice salami into bite size pieces and add to tomatoes along with next 5 ingredients and mix well.
To Cook
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Toss with salad dressing and salami mixture. *May be served warm or cold. If serving cold, rinse noodles in cold water before tossing.
  3. Cook Texas toast according to package directions. Serve with salad.
