Ingredients

- 2 C frozen sausage
- 1 green onions
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 C water
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 pkg white or county gravy
- 6 slices bread
On Cooking Day
- 2 T butter
Instructions
Prep
- Spray 11x8 dish with non stick spray.
- Chop green onion and sausage and add to baking dish, then top with shredded cheese.
- Whisk together milk, eggs, water and gravy mix in a medium bowl with lid.
- Cut bread slices into cubes and add to baking dish with sausage. Cover with plastic wrap.
On Cooking Day
- Pour egg mixture over bread/sausage mixture. Melt butter and drizzle over top.
- Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until center is set.
