Ingredients
Prep
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts chopped into small pieces
- 3 T cornstarch
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t rice wine vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t sesame oil
- 3/4 C orange marmalade
- 3 T honey
- salt and pepper to taste to taste
On Cooking Day
- 2 sliced green onion
- 1 orange sliced thin
- 2 bag frozen rice steamer
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Add chicken and cornstarch to large zipper bag.
- Add remaining ingredients to bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Cook on low 4-5 hours or high 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with some thin orange slices and sliced green onions. Cook rice according to package and serve with chicken.
