Ingredients
Prep
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 medium zucchini
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 T olive oil
- 4 t minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T honey
- 1 C frozen chopped onion
- 1/4 C raisins
- 1/4 C green olives
- 2 T red wine vinegar
On Cooking Day
- 2 C couscous
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop bell pepper and zucchini and place in a large zippered bag with all remaining ingredients.
To Cook
- Cook in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours and serve over cous cous.
- Cook cous cous according to package directions.
