rice and salad
Ingredients
Prep
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 t garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 t paprika
- 3 t minced garlic
- 1/3 C chicken broth
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- 4 T butter
- 2 T lemon juice
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen rice steamers
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag and zip to seal and squish to mix.
To Cook
- Place chicken mixture in slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low.
- Cook rice according to package directions and serve with salad.
