Ingredients
Prep
- 6 bone in chicken thighs
- 1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T honey
- 2 T lime juice
- 1/2 T sesame oil
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 1/4 t dried ginger
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen potato steamers
- 12 oz frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Add prepped ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Optional: broil finished chicken for 3-5 minutes for crispy skin.
- Cook green beans according to package directions.
- Cook potatoes according to package directions.
