Slow Cooker Garlic Lime Chicken Thighs- C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 bone in chicken thighs
  • 1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 T honey
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1/2 T sesame oil
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1/4 t crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 t dried ginger
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen potato steamers
  • 12 oz frozen green beans

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Add prepped ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Optional: broil finished chicken for 3-5 minutes for crispy skin.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions.
  3. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
