- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Italian salad dressing mix .7 oz packet
- 4 chicken breasts
On Cooking Day
- 2 C chicken broth
- 12 oz dried penne pasta
- 16 oz frozen broccoli steamer
- 1 box Texas Toast
Instructions
Prep
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag.
On Cooking Day
- slow cooker: pour contents of bag into slow cooker along with chicken broth. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and add back into pot with broken noodles. Cook on high 30 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
- Instant Pot: pour contents of bag into IP along with chicken broth. Cook 15 minutes. Quick release steam. Shred chicken and add back into pot with broken noodles. Cook 5 minutes and quick release steam.
- Cook broccoli and toast according to package directions.
