Ingredients
Prep
- 1/2 lb gold potatoes
- 12 oz smoked sausage
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 30 oz baked beans
- 1 1/2 C frozen corn
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 C frozen chopped onion
On Cooking Day
- 1 C water
- 1/3 C real bacon bits
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice sausage.
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Add prepped ingredients and water to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Break up meat when done cooking. Garnish with bacon bits.
- Serve with side salad.
