Ingredients
Prep
- 3 lb bonesless turkey breast or chicken breast
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/3 C reduced-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1/8 C apple cider vinegar
- 1 t dried ginger
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes optional
On Cooking Day
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T water
- 12 slider rolls
- 8 C salad greens
- 1 bag chips any kind
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Pour turkey mixture into slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred meat with two forks. Mix cornstarch and water and add to slow cooker. Cook on high 30 minutes.
- Serve turkey on slider buns with salad and chips.
