Ingredients
Prep
- 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks drained
- 1/3 C water
- 3 T vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 2 lb frozen meatballs
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
- 2 bag frozen rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Thaw before cooking.
- Add meatballs mixture to slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Serve with green salad.
