Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb lean stew meat
- 1/2 C frozen chopped onion
- 2 C frozen peas and carrots
- 2 T flour
- 1 can canned organic beef broth
- 1/2 C tomato sauce
- 1 t Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
- 2 bag frozen mashed potato steamer
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix all ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Pour meat mixture into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.
- Cook potatoes according to package directions and spread over meat mixture.
- Serve with green salad.
