Ingredients
Prep
- 2 1/2 lb beef roast
- 1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 C hoisin sauce
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
On Cooking Day
- 1 C water
- 20 oz can pineapple tidbits
- 2 bag frozen rice steamers
- 16 oz snow peas or sugar snap peas
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut roast into chunks and add to large zipper bag with remaining ingredients. Zip and shake to mix.
To Cook
- Add roast, water and pineapple to slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Add snow peas last 30 minutes of cook time.
- Shred or cut meat into bite size pieces.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
