Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
On Cooking Day
- 2 C water
- 10 oz spaghetti noodles
- 12 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 garlic bread
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Cut chicken in to bite size pieces and add with remaning ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
To Cook
- Pour chicken mixture into slow cooker along with water and Alfredo sauce and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Last 20 minutes of cook time, add noodles and turn to HIGH.
- Cook garlic bread according to package directions.
- Serve with salad.
