Slow Cooked Chicken Pasta Primavera – C
garlic bread and salad

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 T dried parsley flakes
On Cooking Day
  • 2 C water
  • 10 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 12 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 garlic bread
  • 10 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Cut chicken in to bite size pieces and add with remaning ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
To Cook
  1. Pour chicken mixture into slow cooker along with water and Alfredo sauce and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  2. Last 20 minutes of cook time, add noodles and turn to HIGH.
  3. Cook garlic bread according to package directions.
  4. Serve with salad.
