Ingredients
Prep
- 1 can white beans
- 3 chicken breasts medium
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 C hot sauce Frank's Red hot
- 1 T dry ranch seasoning
- 1 C frozen corn
- 2 t onion powder
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
On Cooking Day
- 32 ounce chicken broth
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 C blue cheese crumbles optional
Instructions
To Assemble
- Rinse and drain beans and add to large zipper bag with remaining ingredients. Zip to seal
To Cook
- Pour chicken mixture into slow cooker and add 32 ounces chicken broth.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks inside the slow cooker. Add cream cheese and 2 labels of soup liquid to blender and blend well. Pour into slow cooker along with shredded chicken.
- Cook 5-10 more minutes to let flavors mix.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles if desired.
