Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 C shredded mozarella cheese
- 10 oz pizza sauce
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms optional
- 2 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
- 1 t red pepper flakes optional
On Cooking Day
- 16 oz refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Chop biscuits into 2 inch pieces and place in slow cooker. Pour sauce mixture over top. Mix well and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Top with remaining cheese and let melt before serving.
- Serve with salad.
