Slow Cooked Bubble Up Pizza Bake

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 C shredded mozarella cheese
  • 10 oz pizza sauce
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms optional
  • 2 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
  • 1 t red pepper flakes optional
On Cooking Day
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with lid.
To Cook
  1. Chop biscuits into 2 inch pieces and place in slow cooker. Pour sauce mixture over top. Mix well and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Top with remaining cheese and let melt before serving.
  2. Serve with salad.
