Ingredients
Prep
- 3 1/2 lb beef brisket trimmed
- 2 lb baby red potatoes
- 3 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 C frozen chopped onions
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1/2 t dried Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 t Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t dried Italian seasoning
On Cooking Day
- 20 oz frozen green beans
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add brisket to large zipper bag and potatoes to another zipper bag and set aside.
- Mix next 8 ingredients in a small bowl and pour most of it over brisket and remaining over potatoes.
- Zip bags and shake to mix.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Add brisket and potatoes to slow cooker and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Serve with sour cream sauce.
- Cook green beans according to package directions.
