Ingredients
Prep
- 3 lb roast any cut
- 10 oz can french onion soup
- 10 oz can beef consomme
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 4 C beef broth
- 24 oz egg noodles
- 1 C sour cream
- 16 oz frozen peas
- 1 pkg dinner rolls
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large container with lid.
To Cook
- Add roast container contents to slow cooker along with beef broth. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
- Shred beef and stir in egg noodles. Turn slow cooker to high and cook for 30 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream before serving.
- Cook peas according to package directions. Serve with dinner rolls.
