Slow Cooked Beefy Noodles – C
peas and dinner rolls

  • 5 ingredients, beef, freezable, slow cooker

Ingredients

Prep
  • 3 lb roast any cut
  • 10 oz can french onion soup
  • 10 oz can beef consomme
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 4 C beef broth
  • 24 oz egg noodles
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 16 oz frozen peas
  • 1 pkg dinner rolls

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large container with lid.
To Cook
  1. Add roast container contents to slow cooker along with beef broth. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
  2. Shred beef and stir in egg noodles. Turn slow cooker to high and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in sour cream before serving.
  4. Cook peas according to package directions. Serve with dinner rolls.
