Ingredients
Prep
- 1 1/2 lb lean stew meat
- 1 canned diced tomatoes 14 oz
- 16 oz frozen peas and carrots
- 1 C frozen chopped onion
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1 T paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 32 oz beef broth
- 10 oz gnocchi
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
To Cook
- Pour bag into slow cooker along with broth. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Add gnocchi last 30 minutes of cook time.
- Serve with salad.
