Slow Cooked Beef Gnocchi Stew – C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1 1/2 lb lean stew meat
  • 1 canned diced tomatoes 14 oz
  • 16 oz frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 C frozen chopped onion
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t dried thyme
  • 1 T paprika
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • 10 oz gnocchi
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal.
To Cook
  1. Pour bag into slow cooker along with broth. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  2. Add gnocchi last 30 minutes of cook time.
  3. Serve with salad.
