Ingredients
Prep
- 2 lbs lean stew meat
- 1 1/2 t Chinese 5 spice powder
- 1 t ground ginger
- 5 t minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T lite soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 2 T white wine vinegar
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
- 16 oz frozen sugar snap peas
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Pour beef mixture into slow cooker and cook on low for 6 - 7 hours.
- Add snap peas to beef last 30 minutes of cook time.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
