Ingredients
Prep
- 1/2 C hoisin sauce
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 4 t brown sugar
- 1 t Sriracha
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen meatballs
- 2 bag frozen rice steamers
- 1 bag sugar snap peas
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a bowl with lid and mix well.
To Cook
- Add prepped ingredients and meatballs to slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Add sugar snap peas during last 20 minutes of cook time.
- Cook rice according to package directions. Serve meatballs and sugar snap peas over rice.
