Slow Cooked Asian Glazed Meatballs – C
rice, sugar snap peas

Ingredients

Prep
  • 1/2 C hoisin sauce
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 4 t brown sugar
  • 1 t Sriracha
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen meatballs
  • 2 bag frozen rice steamers
  • 1 bag sugar snap peas

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl with lid and mix well.
To Cook
  1. Add prepped ingredients and meatballs to slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  2. Add sugar snap peas during last 20 minutes of cook time.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions. Serve meatballs and sugar snap peas over rice.
