Ingredients
Prep
- 3 T red chili paste
- 3 T coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 3 T honey
- 2 t minced ginger
- 1 T minced garlic
- 2 one pound pork tenderloins
- 16 oz broccoli florets
- 16 oz baby carrots
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
Instructions
To Assemble
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place pork tenderloin in a large zipper bag and pour 2/3 of the sauce into the bag. Zip and shake to mix.
- Add broccoli and carrots to small baking dish sprayed with non stick spray and drizzle remaining sauce over top. Cover with foil.
To Cook
- Place pork tenderloin(s) on baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
- Baked tenderloin and covered vegetables in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
