Ingredients
Prep
- 6 boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 C honey
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 C shredded carrots
- 16 oz broccoli florets
On Cooking Day
- 6 C salad greens
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix well.
To Cook
- Spray baking sheet with non stick spray or brush to coat with olive oil.
- Pour chicken mixture onto baking sheet. (Drain excess liquid if desired.)
- Roast in a 400 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Serve with green salad.
