Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Broccoli – CE
Green salad and rice

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 C shredded carrots
  • 16 oz broccoli florets
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C salad greens
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix well.
To Cook
  1. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray or brush to coat with olive oil.
  2. Pour chicken mixture onto baking sheet. (Drain excess liquid if desired.)
  3. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Cook rice according to package directions.
  5. Serve with green salad.
