Sheet Pan Crispy Cheddar Pork - C

Ingredients

Prep
  • 6 thick-cut bone-in pork chops
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 C panko
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 T Italian seasoning
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 1 lb gold potatoes
On Cooking Day
  • 6 C green salad

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brush with 1/2 of the olive oil. Mix together panko, cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in large zipper bag.
  2. Coat pork chops in bread crumb mixture and store in large container with lid.
  3. Chop potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add potatoes, brussel sprouts, and remaining olive oil to large zipper bag. Salt and pepper to taste. Zip to seal and shake around to coat.
To Cook
  1. Add veggies and pork to sheet pan sprayed and lined with foil.
  2. For crispier coating, spray pork with non-stick spray. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Then flip pork over and bake for another 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with side salad.
