Ingredients
- 6 portabello mushroom large
- 1 1/2 C marinara sauce
- 3 t dried minced onion
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 C shredded Italian cheese blend
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
- Remove and chop mushroom stems and place in a bowl. Mix in sauce, onion, garlic, and salt and pepper. Stuff mixture evenly into each mushroom cap.
- Place mushroom caps in a baking dish sprinkle with cheese. Cook at 375 (covered) for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Remove cover and cook about 5 additional minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
- Serve with salad.
