Ingredients
Prep
- 6 cod fillets or any white fish
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 C pistachios shelled and chopped
On Cooking Day
- 20 oz green beans
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray
- Mix mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper and spread over fish.
- Sprinkle and pat down pistachios. Cover with plastic wrap.
To Cook
- Uncover and bake fish 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Steam rice and green beans. Season as desired.
