Ingredients
Prep
- 2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 20 oz canned pineapple chunks
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 3 T honey
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
- 6 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Place all ingredients (including pineapple juice) in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
- Pour zipper bag contents into slow cooker and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Serve with green salad.
