Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

Prep
  • 2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 20 oz canned pineapple chunks
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 3 T honey
On Cooking Day
  • 2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
  • 6 C salad greens

Instructions

To Assemble
  1. Place all ingredients (including pineapple juice) in a large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
To Cook
  1. Pour zipper bag contents into slow cooker and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. Serve with green salad.

May substitute pork for beef roast or chicken breasts
