Ingredients
Prep
- 1/2 lb deli sliced roast beef good quality
- 10 slices provolone cheese
- 1 C frozen chopped onion
- 1 C frozen chopped bell peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 C sour cream
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
On Cooking Day
- 2 crusty bread loaf baguette
Instructions
To Assemble
- Chop the roast beef and provolone cheese and add to a bowl with lid.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
To Cook
- Pour beef mixture into slow cooker and cook on high for 1 -2 hours. *cook time will vary based on crockpot size. We used a 4 quart.
- Tear bread into chunks and serve with dip.
