Ingredients
Prep
- 6 portobello mushrooms
- 3 C cooked shredded chicken rotisserie
- 1/3 C pesto sauce
- 3 C shredded mozzarella cheese
On Cooking Day
- 10 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Remove any stems from mushrooms and place in a 9x13 baking dish spayed with non stick spray.
- Mix next 3 ingredients and fill each mushroom cap equally. Cover with foil.
To Cook
- Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until centers are warm and cheese is melted.
- Serve with salad and dinner rolls.
