Ingredients
Prep
- 16 dinner rolls or 12 slider rolls cut in half
- 3 C cooked shredded chicken deli rotisserie
- 2 C shredded mozarella cheese
- 1/2 C sun dried tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 C pesto sauce
- 3 T butter
- 1/2 t garlic powder
On Cooking Day
- 1 bag potato chips
- 8 C salad greens
Instructions
To Assemble
- Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with bottom halves of dinner rolls. (They should fill the dish and fit snug.)
- Top each with chicken, tomatoes and cheese.
- Spread pesto on underside of tops of rolls then place top of sandwich. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Add next 2 ingredients to a small microwave safe bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Uncover sandwiches. Warm butter in microwave until melted. Mix well and brush over sandwiches with pastry brush.
- Bake covered with foil in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 5 - 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
- Serve with chips and salad.
