Ingredients
Prep
- 1 orange
- 6 salmon fillets
- 1/2 C butter
- 3 T honey
- 3 T orange juice
- 2 t chili seasoning packet
On Cooking Day
- 2 bag frozen brown rice steamers
- 16 oz frozen broccoli
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice orange into thin rounds and place in the bottom of a baking dish. Place salmon on top. Cover.
- Add next 4 ingredients to a small bowl with lid.
To Cook
- Warm sauce in microwave until butter is melted.
- Broil salmon for 5 minutes. Brush on sauce and broil another 3 - 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Cook broccoli and brown rice according to package directions.
