Ingredients
Prep
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1 C frozen chopped onions
- 1 C frozen chopped bell pepper
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 t dried basil
- 2 T minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
On Cooking Day
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pkg dinner rolls
Instructions
To Assemble
- Slice sausage into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag with remaining ingredients.
To Cook
- Add sausage mixture, dry spaghetti noodles and 4 1/2 cups water to large stockpot.
- Bring to a boil and simmer covered 8-10 minutes (stir occasionally). Add parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes before serving.
- Cook dinner rolls according to package directions.
- Serve with salad and dinner rolls.
