Ingredients
Prep
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 C cooked shredded chicken deli rotisserie
- 15 oz alfredo sauce
- 1/2 C ranch dressing
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 t dried parsley flakes
On Cooking Day
- 1 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 pkg Texas Toast
- 16 oz broccoli florets
Instructions
To Assemble
- Add dried pasta along with next 6 ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Cover with foil.
To Cook
- Uncover pasta and pour chicken broth over top. Stir well, tucking pasta into liquid, cover and bake in a 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
- Cook broccoli and Texas toast according to package directions.
